Summit Molecular Sciences, LLC is a scientific services company organized around two launch divisions: Custom Synthesis and Analytical Standards.
We support research compounds, specialty intermediates, route scouting, feasibility studies, reference and calibration standards, QC materials, method validation materials, and scientific consulting. At launch, Summit is not positioned as a bulk chemical manufacturer. Each engagement is reviewed for technical fit, lawful intended use, capability, documentation needs, and responsible execution.
Summit Molecular Sciences, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of V² Holdings, LLC. The holding structure supports long-term governance and business continuity while Summit maintains its own scientific identity, operating focus, customer relationships, and quality practices.
